Original Paintings

  • Shipping Provider: All original paintings are shipped via Australia Post.

  • Packaging: Original paintings are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly materials where possible.

  • Shipping Times:

    • Domestic (Australia): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days.

    • International: Delivery times vary based on destination. For detailed estimates, please refer to Australia Post's international delivery times.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Tracking: Once your painting is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

  • Insurance: All shipments include insurance to cover loss or damage during transit.

  • Size and Weight Restrictions:

    • Maximum Weight: 20kg per parcel.

    • Maximum Length: 105cm.

    • Maximum Dimensions: The combined length and girth should not exceed 140cm.

Prints

  • Fulfillment Partner: Prints are produced and shipped by Printful, a reputable print-on-demand service.

  • Processing Time: Printful typically fulfills orders within 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping Times:

    • Domestic (Australia): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after fulfillment.

    • International: Delivery times vary based on destination.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on Printful’s rates and the destination.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

General Information

    • Original Paintings: Please allow 2–5 business days for packaging and dispatch.

    • Prints: Fulfillment takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
